1. Exchange Policy Overview

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. You can exchange items for a different size or color, provided the item is in its original condition with all tags attached.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

Items are eligible for exchange if they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and labels are attached
  • Original packaging is intact (if applicable)
  • Exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is being exchanged for size or color only

3. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us at +91 99257 63652 or email us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange
  3. Specify the new size or color you want
  4. We will send you a return shipping label (if applicable)
  5. Pack the item securely with all tags attached
  6. Ship the item back to us
  7. Once we receive and verify the item, we will ship your exchange

4. Exchange Shipping

Free exchange shipping! We cover the shipping costs for exchanges. However, if you are exchanging for a higher-priced item, you will need to pay the price difference. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, we will refund the difference.

5. Exchange Timeline

  • Request Exchange: Within 7 days of delivery
  • Return Shipment: Within 3 days of approval
  • Processing: 1-2 business days after receiving returned item
  • New Item Shipment: 3-7 business days

6. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Items without original tags and packaging
  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Underwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. Please keep the item and packaging for inspection.
