1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available in the following circumstances:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product

4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale items (unless defective)
5. Shipping Costs
If the refund is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), we will refund the full amount including shipping charges. If the refund is for other reasons, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
